This Agreement governs your access to and use of the ph46 online gaming platform at ph46.club. Please read these terms carefully before registering or placing any wager. By creating an account, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:
Access to ph46 and participation in any real-money gaming activity is strictly subject to the following eligibility requirements:
ph46 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts pending eligibility verification.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active Account on the ph46 platform. Duplicate accounts, whether registered in the same name, under a different name, or linked to the same device, GCash number, bank account, or IP address, are strictly prohibited. ph46 may close any or all duplicate accounts and forfeit associated balances upon detection.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and for updating it promptly if it changes. ph46 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate registration details.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for the security of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. All activity conducted under your Account credentials — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility. ph46 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account at all times.
3.4 KYC Verification. Prior to processing any withdrawal, ph46 will require completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. This may include submission of a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, or SSS/GSIS ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. KYC documents are processed in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
3.5 Account Inactivity. Accounts that have not recorded any login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as inactive. ph46 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive accounts, not to exceed ₱200 per month, provided the account balance is sufficient. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed without prior notice after the inactivity period.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ph46 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, and GrabPay. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). ph46 does not accept foreign currency deposits or cryptocurrency payments.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard account holders, subject to payment method restrictions.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via GCash or Maya are typically credited to the Player's account balance within minutes of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) hours during business hours. ph46 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking infrastructure.
4.4 Withdrawal Requirements. All withdrawal requests are subject to: (a) completed KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements on Bonus Funds; (c) security review. ph46 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual or high-risk.
4.5 Withdrawal Processing Times. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes of approval during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within thirty (30) minutes to two (2) hours. VIP players at Gold tier and above receive priority withdrawal processing.
4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. ph46 is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering law (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) to monitor transactions for suspicious activity. ph46 will cooperate with the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) and relevant authorities as required. All deposits must originate from accounts or payment methods registered in the Player's own name.
5.1 ph46 may offer welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion is governed by specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements range from 15x to 35x the bonus amount, as specified in each promotion's terms. Players should review wagering requirements carefully before accepting any bonus.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. ph46 prohibits bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; placing low-risk bets designed solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; using arbitrage or hedge betting strategies in conjunction with bonus funds. ph46 may void bonuses and associated winnings if abuse is detected.
5.4 ph46 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that rights already accrued by Players prior to modification are respected to the extent practicable.
6.1 The rules of each game available on ph46 are displayed within the respective game interface. By placing a wager, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules of that game.
6.2 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or disconnection, ph46 reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return staked amounts to Players' balances. Winnings derived from malfunctions are not valid and will not be paid. ph46 is not liable for disconnections caused by Player-side internet issues.
6.3 Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and are displayed within the game interface. ph46 reserves the right to adjust bet limits for any game without prior notice.
6.4 Sports Betting. All sports betting wagers are subject to ph46's Sports Betting Rules, which govern event acceptance, settlement, void circumstances, and live betting restrictions. Settled results are final once confirmed by ph46's trading team. Disputes regarding sports bet settlements must be raised within forty-eight (48) hours of settlement.

All content on the ph46 platform — including but not limited to the ph46 brand name and logo, game interfaces, promotional materials, website design elements, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of ph46 or its licensors and is protected under Republic Act No. 8293 (Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines) and applicable international intellectual property law.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ph46 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. No content from the ph46 platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of ph46.
10.1 ph46 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While ph46 makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous availability, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues.
10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, ph46's total liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or related to use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
10.3 ph46 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from use of or inability to use the platform, including losses resulting from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or payment processing delays caused by third parties.
10.4 Gambling involves inherent financial risk. ph46 is not responsible for financial losses incurred through lawful gameplay. By using the platform, Players acknowledge that gaming losses are a foreseeable consequence of participation and waive any claim against ph46 for such losses.
ph46 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, without prior notice, where ph46 has reasonable grounds to believe that:
Upon closure of an Account for breach, any balance remaining (including pending withdrawals) may be withheld pending investigation. Where no breach is established, remaining balances will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable time.
Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting ph46 live chat support. Account closure requests are processed within three (3) business days.
ph46 collects, uses, and protects personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. The collection and processing of your personal data is governed by the ph46 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at ph46.club/privacy-policy.
By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for KYC verification, regulatory reporting, fraud prevention, and service improvement purposes.
13.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Regulatory Oversight. ph46 operates under PAGCOR licensing. Regulatory disputes or complaints regarding ph46's compliance with PAGCOR conditions may be directed to PAGCOR directly.
13.3 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between a Player and ph46, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through ph46's internal complaints procedure by contacting customer support. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) days, it may be submitted to binding arbitration under Philippine Arbitration Law (Republic Act No. 9285), with proceedings conducted in Manila, Philippines, in the English language.
13.4 Nothing in this section limits a Player's rights under applicable Philippine consumer protection law.
ph46 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on their Account and/or via a notice displayed on the ph46 platform for a minimum of seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the ph46 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure.
The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. ph46 recommends reviewing these Terms periodically.
